Given Trestle BD’ specialization in management and public policies, the company’s teams have worked in practically all areas of the Public Sector . In the case of Spain, all the Ministries have been clients of Trestle BD.
Trestle BD’ approach in this regard is to view the public sector as an area of specialization, in which all policies, more or less specialized, share the resources and management instruments that characterize the public sector versus the private sector .
In this sense, the diagnosis, analysis and consensus of policies uses common methodologies , regardless of the sector in question, methodologies that Trestle BD reinforces with a technical team specialized in the particular issues of each area of public policy .
The policy – from feasibility studies to the tender, through funding and legislative development, strategic management methodologies and looking through planning and scheduling, and models of public-private- partnership draws heavily deep knowledge of the public and accumulated experiences working in a wide variety of sectors , transferring methodologies and models from the most innovative to the most traditional. In this sense, our experience in sectors such as science and technology or infrastructures have been used by other institutions in areas such as health, education or road safety.
Thus, along with the sectors in which most of the company’s activity is concentrated, our consultants have worked and work in other areas of public policy such as:
